ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to eMATHelper Tutoring Services ("EMHTS"). EMHTS provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time with notice to you. Notices to you may be made via either email. You agree that EMHTS shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESCRIPTION
OF SERVICE
EMHTS provides tutoring services. There are two kinds of services:
For both of the formentioned services ("SERVICE"), EMHTS is responsible
a.)to honor all scheduled appointments.
b.) to provide the best assistance possible.
c.) to follow the TOS without prejudice.
d.) to follow professional conduct and behavior while services are being rendered.
e.) to notify the client of any changes in the TERMS of SERVICE.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS
You, the client, are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider). In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.
You agree to not use the SERVICE to:
a.) email, transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other
computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the
functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
b.) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to
the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations
of networks connected to the Service;
c.) email, transmit any material of pornographic nature.
d.) violate any local, state, or federal laws.
You must be at least 13 years of age to access the Service. If you provide any
information that is untrue or inaccurate, EMHTS has the right to suspend or
terminate your current or future use of the Service.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will NEVER release an individual's personal information without consent, including name, address, phone number, email address, etc. For more information see our privacy policy.
CANCELLATION/TERMINATION OF
SERVICE
Your account is subjectable to cancelation/termination if you, the client
a.) fail to pay any outstanding past due balances.
b.) fail to behave in a professional manner in the business relationship.
c.) fail to adhere to scheduled appointments.
You may terminate the Service at any time. Just send an email to our support
system at support@eMATHelper.com expressing your desire to terminate your account.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly understand and agree that:
a.) EMHTS is not responsible for technical difficulties with the Internet, computers,
and all related services and software. Time lost will be rescheduled at our
discretion should loss of service arise due to difficulties experienced by EMHTS
staff.
b.) Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service
is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible
for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the
download of any such material.
PAYMENT
One-on-One Private Online Tutoring
Cost determined using our current hourly rate (see rates).
Bill will be announced at completion of session and will also be sent via email.
Failure to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours before hand, will result
in a $5.00 cancelation fee.
Payment can be made online through paypal and is due within 5 business day upon
completion of a tutoring session.
Live Homework Help
Cost is determined using our current semester rate (see rates).
Bill is distributed on a per semester basis.
Payment can be made online through paypal and is due prior to invocation of
service.
If you would prefer a different mode of payment (ie. check or money order), please contact us.
REFUND
One-on-One Private Online Tutoring
Since this service allows you, the client, to pay after each session, refunds
are not applicable.
Live Homework Help
If you cancel the Service within 5 business days after your first invocation
of service, you will get full refund of the money minus a $5.00 cancelation
fee. Otherwise your payment is non-refundable.
